Will post as much proof as I can, the only thing I can't directly link up, are these accounts to match the provided Skype's, however the Skype Convo's should clear that up as to why I am pointing fingers.

This was the initial interaction, and the link he pasted to me was this:

Then came this moments after...


Then this, where he showed me my IP, then I was hit offline momentarily after.
I blocked my IP for obvious reasons, if any Admin/Mod's would like to see the unedited picture with my IP, I will send privately.
