    Couple questions about combat training.

Okay, since returning to runescape and making a fresh account (Not so fresh anymore though! :p) I haven't been so big on combat, i'm getting back into it now @ deadly red spiders.

    My questions are;

Are there any similar mobs to deadly reds for training range? Or are deadly reds just as good with range? (Currently using full veracs because the wep is a crush weapon getting 100k xp/h)

What level should i move from deadly reds for melee stats, and what to move to? (Currently 70/68/85, going for 70 str here).

Waterfiends give more exp per kill than red spiders and have a similar level of health. Similarly you can try black demons, but those aren't quite as good as waterfiends.

When training defence, do it via magic preferably by using rock barrage on dagannoths.

When training attack/strength your options are:

    Abyssal Demons
    Glacors
    Mutated Jadinkos
    Waterfiends

    I don't have rapiers.

Also, my slayer level is only 47, does this affect any of the moba you listed crullex? (ofc abby demons it does).

Depending on your range level I would recommend waterfiends. If you collect the charms your xp will lower but not by to much and they are great for summoning ;) Assuming I haven't misread your defence if 85, if your range is 70+ go for it. Maybe take 18 sharks and 2 range pots per trip.

I personally stayed at Deadly reds from 80-99 for strength and melee. Use a saradomin sword for best xp per hr. Also as you gain strength levels your xp hr will rise aswell and you will notice it!

Any further questions feel free to pm me! :D

Waterfiends really are the best bet in that case.

If I was you I'd just do slayer to build up your combat, then when you get to around 70 you should have decent skills to efficiently power train on wfs etc.

    Only need help/advice with range.

Currently at Lesser Demons, with dual rune cbows, steel bolts, full royal, archer helm, snakeskin boots. Getting ~25k xp/h.
