Oldschool fire cape proof.

In ammend to the above rule I believe people should now post at least a completed oldschool jad picture, as it is different to the newschool jad.

I believe vouches for completed oldschool capes should contain the fact that it was an oldschool cape done, otherwise people can use their "ordinary" fire cape vouches.

People already have reached stats that would make the fight caves easy, so this wouldn't be a hard requirement either. And it prevents scammers from trying to make a hundred thousand from potions.
