Public Apology: To Elena

Most of you may remember a couple of months back, I stirred up a little brew of trouble with a newcomer, Elena. I made on whim claims, because I was uninformed on the actual situation. However, upon learning how events truly transpired, I'm able to see the very simple fact that: Elena is a member of Sythe.org, and she hasn't really done anything wrong. I'm not going to go into details about her cousin , Purple Smurf either, because I don't yap but I have no reason to believe he's done anything wrong either.

I try to be as fair as I can when I bring up serious subjects such as infidelity on the forums. Usually they're pretty solid (See Heeatz topics in spam forum), but then there are times when I'm just stirring it up, and I end up feeling bad about it - but it's just not my nature to address my emotions like this, so most of the time it's swept under the rug.

I don't agree with unfair treatment in the staff, and even though I got that vibe months ago with Elena's arrival, I feel that I had made a point that everyone could understand and I have seen that her exposure was a "phase", and has since died down. I strongly believe that pictures of members should be limited to the appropriate threads (Faces of Sythe) and never again in someone's signature. That is something I'll never be able to agree with, but the matter of the fact is that it was the MEMBERS giving the exposure and not necessarily elena. I also believe now, after talking, that even she agrees with that which is why we don't see pics of her in every thread anymore, so you know what +respect to her for that.

It's hard for me to apologize for anything, so hopefully you guys can see that I really mean this. I'm not getting nudes, I'm not getting hand signs, and I'm not in some sort of elite Elena fan club, you not gonna see "<3 list: elena <333" in my sig. Most of you know I'll be real where ever, whenever. But I have to admit my faults when it's due. Also please note that I've watched close since all of this transpired so this isn't just some sort of BS apology to get something out of her.

So I'm sorry, Elena, for any anguish I've brought upon you, any hatred, any harassment, because I know I have. And I would recommend anyone that was swayed by my early opinions on her to give her a chance to be a good community member. I hope we can finally put this to rest and behind us where it belongs.
