How long does the [email protected]

take to respond to getting an account back ive been waiting like a week now

 

You're looking at 1 week - 1 month if not more

 

There an absoulote joke of a company

 

I've been waiting for 2 months, I keep getting e-mails like these:

I've received about 4 of these in the past 2 months.

 

Wow i bet thats gonna happen to me then have they any other emails

 

IF you get a response usually its within the first 24 hours. After that I wouldn't recommend holding your breath :/

 

Why are they aloud to get away with ignoring their customers it shocking

 

[email protected] is who i've always emailed, and accounthelp have always responded within a day if I send the email to parents, but if I send it direct to acchelp it takes 2-3 weeks.

 

I've had an appeal pending for an account ban since January 4th, they havn't even been bothered to give me an answer, I think i'm going to haft to email them too, I've always emailed parents@jagex, would that be most suitable for this type of problem or accounthelp@jagex?

 

I also used [email protected] and got a response within 24 hours!

 

Using "FAO: Mod X" (For attention of), usually works for me.
