Hey Guys. What's up with Detroit at the moment? I only read something short like a bunch of people were selling their houses for 100$? Doesn't Seem like a great idea lol. Is there some sort of Money or House Crisis?

I think you misunderstood, Detroit is known for its large number of abandoned houses - maybe some of those properties, especially those in shitty neighborhoods on shitty land - do go for as little as $100.

-detroit is generally a crime ridden metropolis shit hole
-it's cold and dreary in the winter
-large lack of jobs
-it's also pretty dangerous to live in some areas
