So... Decided to quit RS... Came on this site just to sell my account and nothing less. I dont know the email registered to the account, therefore they wont let me delete recoveries... This account has TEN 99s and 1562 Total Level. I have made a video to show everything on the account. The bidding war will end on the 26th of February. I will accept either RSGP or USD. No. You can send an email to Jagex account help at "[email protected]" to deal with emails that you cant change.
I've just sent an email and they've replied with:
"To help us help you as quickly as possible please make sure you have provided the following information. If you didn't do this in your first email, then please ping an email back to us including the below:


* The name of the account

* If you have JAG enabled on your account, please give us the answers to your questions

* If you have recoveries, please provide us with any of your answers

* Any Billing details you have that help prove who you are - good examples are the names of credit card holders or transaction ID's

I am sorry - but the chances of getting this sold are very slim. You cannot even change the password on an account without its email address.

 

As I said, I emailed Jagex the problem and they are currently fixing it. The recoveries and email should be cancelled later today/early tomorrow.

 

Why is the appeal for the mute pending? This seems fishy.
