How many hours do you sleep every night?

About 8-10 hours. I'm a sleepy head.

 

3-4 hours on average, I'm hyper active (don't have medical paper on it, but I am).

 

Depends honestly some days 4-5 and some days 7-10 just depends on class and other things.

 

Weekdays for 3-5hrs and Weekends for 10-12hrs (ridiculous I know but I don't have any responsibilities or anything really to do).

 

I usually sleep 6-9 hours a night
But on Weekends i Sleep 9-12 hours

 

Sometimes 12, sometimes 5. Depends

 

Around 6-7 during the week, 9-12 during weekends (normally due to drunken stupors combined w/ extended periods of being awake).

 

Average of 8-9 hours each night.

 

7-9 Depends on what time i go to bed tbh, I'm up at 6 every morning.

 

Varies. Last night I slept for 8. Night before, 5. I have a weird thing where I can't get out of bed because I feel too tired even if I've slept like 10 hours, so on some days when I can't force myself out I end up sleeping for 12-14 hours which makes me feel like shit the rest of the day. That's why I prefer going to bed around 3am, so when I wake up at 11 I force myself out of bed because it's already late and I've only lost 8 hours to sleep. Otherwise if I go to bed around 10 or 11 and I wake up at 6am, I think it's too early and go back to sleep, so I end up losing 10+ hours.

Some nights I lay awake just thinking thoughts that drive me insane to a point I'm up anywhere from 1 to 3 or more days straight... Some days I sleep the usual 12am - 7am.

 

Maybe like 7-9 errday

 

6-8 on nights i'm actually doing something the next day. Around 10 on days i'm off.

 

5-6 hours during weekdays and 10-14 on weekends.

 

It all depends on what i am doing and if i've got work.

It can literally be from 2 hours to 14 hours.

 

7-8 hours per day every day. Sometimes less if im playing a newly released Xbox game

about 3-6ish, I'm terrible at sleep. 2 hours seems to do me and I'm not tired throughout the day, but if I sleep 6-10 i feel tired all day.

 

Some nights 0, which means the next day/night probably 12-16.

Sometimes I also sleep on and off every few hours for a few hours.
