High Pardon Request 2 - Semper

Hey all, thought I'd try my luck and submit my second pardon attempt.

Additions to this pardon​

The only thing that would be considered 'frowned upon' that I have done since my last pardon was with me using a booter. Note I did not use a booter maliciously. The only thing I used a booter for was to test my website's capability and ability to withstand a DDoS attack. (Websites were http://GPOutlet.com and another one that I'm an admin on (website in design, not going to post link ) just to let you know.) In my opinion, I don't find that malicious at all, but thought I'd better mention it.

I also have used the booter on two people, one being Stui (as a joke, he didn't care), and Dave (he wanted me to; never done out of spite). Both people did not care, and I doubt they care now, and I'm sure Dave will be willing to confirm this.

I also wanted to state that since my last pardon, I have actively began hosting again at a gambling friend's chat on RuneScape. I am currently a bronze star, and I handle lots of GP per day hosting in that friend's chat. Most staff members probably know which clan, but if you want to get a definite answer, feel free to ask me on Skype.

My main goal in pardoning is to just be part of the community again. I plan on staying away from the market for a little while, and just participating in Off Topic/Spam Forum/Community General for now.
