Share a link to the Runescape 2007 voting

Let's face it, most of us loved 2007 Runescape much more than what it is today (hell, most people didn't even play Runescape in 2007 but they love it because everyone else does). Jagex's poll has already reached a point where they will bring back the 2007 servers for sure, but until they get like 750,000 votes, it'll cost $15 ADDITIONALLY per month to play, on top of the $7 membership fee now.

I think we should advertise it to get votes on it. Either an announcement, or stickies in RS-related sections, or something. This will also help Sythe, hopefully we can be the first to add a RS07 section when it's released, and it'll be more active.

Yes i know that. I have read the announcement. The problem is; jagex don't ACTUALLY have 250,000+ members; therefore its not gna happen; and no1's gonna pay $7 just to cast a vote tbh.

They do have over 250,000 members or they wouldn't have put that high of a requirement... They would know their statistics better than you do. If they really set a requirement of greater than what they have, they know it would just ruin their reputation even more.

It's called multiple accounts. Gold farmers and the like can do it, when I played I knew a lot of people that had membership on more than one account.

Yes, there's no way they don't have that many.

It doesn't matter how many are online, many people are inactive, have multiple accounts so only use one at a time, etc. They wouldn't have set this as a requirement if they didn't have it.

 

You never know with Jagex these days; look at the measures they are going to just for a few extra $ in their pockets. Greedy cunts imo.

 

I'm doing this! I haven't played Runescape since 2011, but I'll be happy to come back if they do this. However, I'm not paying an extra $15+7!! fuck that.

 

Well, your theory about them not having 100k members is false, They already have over 100k votes and it has only been a little over 24 hours. They don't need 100k members to be online at once. As long as there are still that many people they can vote at different times

 

Check the facts before posting like a dick hole.

Its been calculated they have more than 1.8 Million members accounts with an estiamted 800k+ Active enough to be considered to vote members.
