Scammed and Evading.

Heya guys its me, TheLuckyNub or Poke RWT.

I have just been banned on Poke RWT today for Ban evading, which is true.
I was banned on TheLuckyNub for admitting to a scam before I joined Sythe, to a guy with the RSN "A Partyhax" or "Crystalisze" (his other account) I scammed him for the sum of 200M, this was about 2 years ago now.
How did I scam him?
I was a general in "Cora Dyce" my name was Host Billy.
I got banned from the clan channel for letting my friend cheat in dice dueling, letting him roll early, and if he rolled low I said he had to re-roll, following that, Andy, AKA Paradyce ( Leader of Cora Dyce) banned me from the Hosts clan chat, but forgot to derank me on Cora Dyce friends chat, with that I PMed who was my friend and the victim, saying that he earned the right to become a rank and had to give me the 200M deposit, he gave me the 2000M and logged off hoping Paradyce would refund him, he didn't because its clearly stated on there forums, hosts cannot sells ranks.

Things to note about TheLuckyNub
91 vouches, including a vouch from your very own RwmRS2 (Roary) a very good friend, who trusted me with over 350m, and then trusted ME to transfer 1.1BILLION back to his account, he can confirm and theres a screen shot in my vouches to prove, I was trusted with over 200-300m quite a few times throughout that account.

I then on December 2012, made Poke RWT, with just intentions to buy some Pokemon cards, and never visit again.
I then once again fell into the clutches of the Sythe community, remember good times from TheLuckyNub, and became active, posting here and there, I wasn't very worried about getting banned at first, so I used the same Skype as TheLuckyNub, I then today got caught out twice, and reported, fair enough and well done to them for noticing (though I'm not a threat).
Even on Poke RWT I was trusted with 50M twice, could have scammed, did I? No, because I perhaps thought maybe I could start up again, build up reputation and start questing, and gold buying/selling, but my dreams were cut too short, which is fair.

I can FULLY understand if you guys don't give a crap and its better without me, but hey, its a long shot and I'll do WHATEVER it takes to get back.

Some facts of how I have proved I am legit and true to this site.

91 Vouches, Including being trusted with 1.1b from guy who'se now mod.
Over 1,000 posts, was active in most area's.

Donated $50 (yes, I know its "donated")

Trusted with 50m with only 5/6 vouches, easily could have scammed with not much loss...

Overall:
I have NEVER actually scammed on Sythe.
I was active, tried to help as much as possible.

I AM willing to pay back A Partyhax/Crystalisze his 200m.
I have asked around in Cora Dyce, apparently he hasn't been seen in bloody ages, I have sent messages to his YouTube account and Cora Dyce forum account, that is the most I can contact him by, each way is a long shot, but I will let a Global, OMM or Admin hold the 200m, and if he never replies, Sythe can have it or something, either way I have then repaid for my sin.

Since I have banned, I have grown up a lot, I am now nearly 18 in a couple of months and work full time now, no longer immature as I was on my first couple of months on TheLuckyNub.

I deeply appreciated it if you have read it all and will be MORE than happy to answer any questions by anyone.
I hope I have fully shown remorse and that I truly am sorry for ban evading, if I have to be banned for a long time, come back with a TWC or have a market ban all together, I wouldn't mind, thanks a lot, Billy.

 

Pay the 200m back first and please take extensive proof of doing so.

 

I must say, I was more than disappointed to hear you'd been caught evading. I'm still shocked about you admitting to scamming, especially as I'd trusted uou with so much before. However, it was decent of you to own up to what you did despite having a reputable business running here.

I can say in full confidence that I'd trust you with that 1.1b now as I did then and know that it'd be in safe hands and it was probably due to the heat of the moment alongside an inflated ego that you scammed on Runescape. You've been gone a while, though. And I do believe you have matured in this time, as all of us have. I can remember when we spoke regularly that we'd joke about who would get 50$ donor first etc, and that was the you I knew - you worked your ass of questing and contributed where you could - even when it meant being on MSN til 4 in the morning lol. I don't believe for one minute that you're a threat to anyone on Sythe.

Although my opinion may not mean much, I support your return on the condition that the user you scammed receives his 200M (in today's rates), even if it takes time to hear back from him. I'd love to see you back and active in the community again.

 

Shocked to see that he was vading, but I do support a vote once things are straight.

 

I trust Roary's judgement. Get the repayment done and I'd support a vote as well.
