Need Hosting / Web Design

I'm planning on starting up a porn site(basically for my amusement and some profit selling passes to people at school).

Could someone either a) sell me a domain/hosting or b) share a website with me where this won't be against their TOS

I plan on uploading around ~200 videos so it needs to be capable of that, along with being able to stream them without too horrible of a loading time.

I also need a web developer who would be willing to work with me. I have a lot of ideas to bounce off of you!

Also legal advice would be great. Do I need to get any kind of special certification or licencing? Do I need a homepage warning that this is an 18+ website, etc?

I believe Syed hosts websites.

 

The basic VPS plan on FragVPS should run a website just fine, but you may be wanting cpanel, so I recommend a shared host for that.

Does unlimited truly mean unlimited or is this just a marketing term?

I've researched the legal side of this and I think that I'm in the clear.

I need someone that wants to partner with me to do website design, sharing any potential profits.
