Yeah I know I have, I've been really busy lately and I've been just trying to keep my scores up until my time clears up. I should be back to my old ways soon.

Agreed. All I see on his recent posts is mod stuff.

 

You need to control yourself all the time.

I can't participate much besides doing mod stuff for the time being. It shouldn't be long before I can be active again.

 

If you're going to be inactive for such a long time, why keep the position?

 

What? I thought this was a staff feedback thread for you and not a feedback thread for me? It doesn't matter if I have an attitude problem (which I rarely do) anyway, this thread is about you. Again, you're extremely inactive plus your attitude I don't like at all (an example is what you just said to me above). I'm not turning into x339 here, but if you're so inactive, why remain on the staff? From what I've heard the reason you're inactive isn't really anything big. You only log on here and there to do the occasional report which is probably just to meet your minimum mod-score requirement for the month.

 

It's nothing long term, and I'm still doing my job here. Laptop, I would be fine with your feedback if others actually felt the same way. You are the only one who has told me I have an attitude problem. I'm not saying their aren't any others, because there may be, but other than you I've heard nothing.

Anyway, just don't listen to him, he's just jealous. Keep doing what you're doing mate, you're probably my favorite mod after video.

 

Oh, right. So because I'm the only person who has said this that makes my feedback to you invalid and therefore is just dismissed? Great initiative, you will get far on the staff with that. Not everyone is going to post feedback for a staff member if they see a problem, a lot just don't bother and keep it to themselves.

That doesn't make any sense Syed -.- If I'm honest then no I don't agree with his promotion.

-Ryan, I personally agree with what you stated, until more than one persons identify that you have an attitude problem I think it is fair to assume that you are fine for now. It's a basic principle for identifying trends, you need more than one source and until you get that, just keep doing what you are doing. I would love to see you more active but obviously you are entitled to breaks and I am glad to hear you will be resuming more regular activity soon.

 

Going to vouch for this statement. Wrestling take up a majority of my life.
