Should i have a TWC considering......

Hi guys... I was given a TWC, i'll give you a little bit of background....

I am an Ebook seller, I've sold 34 Ebooks on sythe and havn't had one complaint, All my customers i have on skype and have given much attention to each explaining etc etc.... Not one of my customers was/is unhappy.

I offer a refund policy upon unhappiness in my guide. this is a 7day policy upon a customer failing to make a satisfactory return. FAIR?

An idiot comes onto my page and miss interprets my post thinking i'm selling a completely different guide and goes on to try and guess in detail the things inside my guide and is convinced i am trying to scam.... He asks for a TWC.....

Argument goes on, he gets infracted for spamming and guide guessing. Argument finishes....

Hey, please accept an appology; I admit I shouldn't have posted such things on your thread, instead I should've just argued my opinion in PM's. Please note; What your thread stated (about the bias of the RNG) lead me to believe that the guide was about gaining an unfair advantage against other players solely by playing in a given manner. After you posted what the guide was about (well, what it was related to), I realised you were not scamming (as in selling a fake guide), but rather simply posted unrelevant information about online poker (missleading sales information), which led me to believe you were selling a guide, which I know can not exist. I also have doubts that you method is a $600/ day moneymaker (because you yourself claimed you can deposit inbetween $12-$40 on the accounts (I suppose this has something to do with a first deposit bonus % or deposit bonus, etc. I have reported many scammers in the past, and I am used to being taken for stupid, and I rather get annoyed, and after the 20th post I was starting to lose my nerves over the argument with you. If you had ever PM'd me that your guide actually wasn't related to what is stated on the first post, I wouldn't have harrassed you; I missunderstood the situation in a manner, and for that, I'm sorry. On the other hand, I'm still sure your first post (when I first saw it) didn't state (I have an e-book regarding this as well), therefore your details of the guide / the advertising part was missleading and decieving potentional customers, in a way. I know understand the guide you are selling is not a scam, the post you made is just an attention boosting (sorry to put it this way) lie. I hope at least we can agree on what I have written above, and settle the manner by admitting both of us made a mistake; I was misslead by the original post.

I understand where you're coming from, and i was getting frustrated that i couldn't tell you what it was..

You know your stuff and that's a good thing...

I'll tell you what my guide is based on now, so that you know...

I make lots of accounts, a site gives you $2 plus two $1 tickets three $3 tickets and a $7 ticket.. All without depositing.... i then "chip dump" all the cash i make on the account,

So let's say i make $27 from all those tickets which is about average....

I would go into a cash game using a VPN on my laptop and PC.... and deliberately lose the money onto my main account, does that make sense???

I know it's against T&C of the websites... but it isn't illegal.

I appologise for being angry, and the reason i put that in my thread is because some people feel bad for doing this method, but when people know that poker sites do in fact do things to make money off people, it becomes much easier...

I'd like to point out non of the money i take is directly from the site... I still win the money as if i was playing for real... It's just i never have to deposit a single dollar...

If i make 4 accounts an hour, i make on average $120 an hour.

Ok, amicable, and he clearly states there is no scamming although he is still convinced i tried to butter up my thread.. however not the issue,



His main argument for the TWC was because i would not give my poker usernames to him so he could look them up and i would also not go online and show him my accounts,

If i did this, and he felt compelled to approach the website i could be banned as i was chip dumping, He would have all the proof necessarily to get my accounts banned, my thread shut down and costing me thousands of dollars... My argument is would a gold seller meet you online with his holding account and show you all of his stack? Or give you the usernames over skype considering you could go to Jagex with the proof?

I have since taken off all of the details from my thread until the TWC has been taken off...

I'm curious to know weather somebody who has a client basis of 34 happy customers and 0 unhappy customers should have a TWC because somebody who wasn't a customer but decided he wanted to have an argument...
