TwC Request for Ix Jimmy xI

Explanation of the trade:

I was requested to Middleman the following trade:

Your MSN: (skype) mine is free.sosa1 and his skype is jameswhite2k11
Other party's sythe username: Ix Jimmy xI
Trade type: Private Server account for private server currency

As the conversation went on, it became quite clear to me, that the member Ix Jimmy xI was attempting to pull a scam. Here is a mixture of chat logs and pictures (pictures of the important part, if you want I can also picture the beggining of the chat).

After this chat, he seized to respond:

Update:

The trade went on, and the following happened:

After talking with the buyer free sosa, I came to the conclusion that his Sythe account, nor the battlescape account he used during the trade, is in no way associated with any Battlescape Moderator power bearing accounts, therefore regardless of any suspicion, it would be impossible to prove he has anything to do with the ban, therefore I have returned the 650M GP to the buyer, Free Sosa.

I at this stage no longer feel that Ix Jimmy xI deserved a TwC, it has turned out to be a missunderstanding, where he wasn't aware that he was safe during the trade even if the other user had all info, because I was holding the gold. However, his account was banned, and since after an exstensive background research I found no reason believe the buyer Free Sosa was involved in the banning, or could be proven to have taken part in it.

Leaving the trade details up for the record. From now on, it is up to the staff, how they feel.
