Full veracs is better than full bandos+CLS???

I thought the point of chaotics being so hard to get ahold of was because they were the ultimate weapons (except for the new drygore of course). But considering I've been unable to even touch pest queen with CLS i decided today I would try to get to her in dom tower again, but with full veracs hoping its effect would do more damage. Thats when I noticed....

Bandos chestplate, Helm, tassests, gloves, boots, super dom medallion, zerker ring, kiln cape and CLS has an armor rating of 1462 & a HP bonus of 4200 and a melee crit of 8.1% and a damage of 1105.

Full veracs with kiln cape, bandos gloves, bandos boots, super dom medallion zerker ring had armor rating of 1462, HP bonus of 4200 and crit of 8.1% exact same as the other set... HOWEVER the damage is 1698!

The most I can possible do, is hope when they put the damage on this, that the damage has the verac's special effect added into it... If it doesnt, that could possibly make full veracs do more damage than main hand drygore longsword!

 

What are the attack speeds on these?

attack speeds dont matter anymore. atleast not with me. i constantly mash skills, i rarely ever use an attack that isnt an ability.

 

I'm a total noob when it comes to the eoc, but are you sure about that?

Then with abilities no one would use longswords or daggers etc because you could just use a maul and hit at the same speed?
