Requesting a High Pardon

Recently I was banned on my account Xero for trying to buy someone to design and code a website for a booter.

It was a misunderstanding as I read over the rules before I posted this and I thought it would be allowed as Its only designing and coding a website.

It was really a simple misunderstanding and it won't happen again.

I'd support a vote, you're the first person to actually contact me after being banned about something regarding a booter, but next time please take a closer look at the rules.
