TWC For Newcomers

I was thinking of giving all newcomers twc's..

'Trade With Caution'. Most newcomers are here to scam/ban evade as we have seen, we need to fight against newcomer scams as they are easily preventable.
I have thought of giving newcomers a time/post count twc.

Maybe either 2 weeks of being on the site or 50 post count, or possibly a number of vouches. something like that, i think this would help newcomer scams drop to a minimum.

tell me what you think. (the 2 week/50 post/vouches was just an idea, can be changed.)​

 

Any time/post related condition would just lead to the forum being spammed/scammers making accounts ahead of time with the intention of coming back in 2 weeks to scam. I think it would negate how original TWC holders are viewed, which is bad. Now those people who had TWC previously will blend in.

 

Horrible idea. Then twc's would be disregarded because half of sythe would have one.

Wait out your TWC and deal with it . Besides most scammers and ban evaders get 25-50 posts in a day easily your suggestion is redundant and obviously fueled by butt anguish from your own TWC

I agreed with everything you said but the statement above. Stick to spam forum if you have nothing polite to say.

The idea is terrible; people should be extra careful dealing with newcomers in the first part. If a newcomer was to join as a legit business man; they would feel neglected.

This is a shit idea. End of story, people dont want to trade with newcomers (any further deterring people to trade with them would drive them to use another black market decreasing site traffic) most the time anyways because so many people seem to think joindate and post count imply trust. You suggesting the twc be removed after a few weeks or 50+ posts only further instills the stupid assed notion that PC and joindate have anything to do with legitimacy. This isn't going to happen

His services requires people to pay insurances/bonds; if the person with the bonds scams; the bonds given to TBT in the beginning will be given to the victim. Check it out.

Obviously a troll suggestion. Insinuating that every newcomer that registers is here to scam. This wouldn't be fair on people who are legit when signing up.

No. Considering that anybody whose been here more than 2 seconds knows to be extremely cautious when trading with new users this would be a retarded implementation that would most likely scare people off.

 

Sorry but this one's a big no for the reasons which have been stated above.
