We test everything to make sure it's completely bug free.

1) Jagex makes a video, introducing the QA team, and their role to ensure that all bugs/glitches are removed and dealt with before the content is released.



2) At the end of the video, they show a small teaser clip of some new content. There is a bug clearly visible, where drops appear in the air above trees.

LOL. shows just how bad jagex are... they know RS is dying and is desperate to resuscitate it; therefore bringing new content out FAR TOO EARLY. causing lots of glitches..

 

I think people need to get realistic and stop being jerks. Anyone who has done any coding in their lives know that the problems in the code are always the stupidest smallest things.

Yeah bugs always end up slipping through anyways but it's kind of funny how something like that is overlooked.

I'm sure its thoroughly tested before release, but bugs will always exist one way or another.

 

That won't have been noticed at first, they will have been concentrating on the monsters movements etc, the secondary testers should find it however, but they may have put the video online as the testers got ahold of the content.
