I never post feedback because I don't know anyone, but you're definitely the staff member that I see the most. Not like I can say, "you're doing good" because you want to know ways on how to improve, but I can't think of anything else besides that.

 

Were you serious when you said you didn't know me? Also I like how active you are.

i feel like its kind of hard to get your attention. i needed assistance regarding my account password and contacted you through irc, skype, and msn with no reply

 

Never replies to me on Skype. But overall seems to be a very solid admin.

Maybe put you skype on away status when you are away instead of always online status

You're one of the most active staff members I see around, You're not always right about things in my opinion but you never pick sides which is a good thing. Keep on going ;>

I don't respond on skype a lot of the time because I browse sythe from my cell phone. My skype gets left online and people assume I'm at my PC. Either that, or I get spammed while I'm asleep. If I'm home and have the time/desire to reply, I will.

 

I don't agree with many, if any, of your opinions. Other than that, you're cool I guess.

Also, the only admin who does the shit sythe approves, which is a plus.

 

I agree, sometimes your actions are questionable at best. I usually don't have the full details to decide that or not, but you do get work done. So in that way you are an asset.

 

Even after my spout back in August not only were you kind and helpful towards me but understanding of my point of view as well, and I really don't think I'll ever forget that. The hours you've put into this website really prove the fact that you're such a consistent, strong, and experienced member of the staff. I really love that you maintain such a strongly positive presence in the community, and I know for a fact that you're a driving force behind many staff decisions. From when I've talked with you, it seemed like you were a really nice and helpful person in general even outside of sythe. I really wish I got to know you better. Thanks for everything man, and keep up the good work.

Ryan has got to be the most kind-hearted person I have had the opportunity to talk with. Not only did he help me get a hang of the ropes when I was first promoted, but he was always ready to take my n00bish questions. Thanks for everything buddy.
