Donation Ranks

kinda unfair to all the people who do not play runescape on this forum :/

 

I already can rotate from new/old ranks + my custom one.
This already is available.

 

This thread is about making the legacy the default ones so they are accessible to everyone.

 

No, I think it should stay with the members who donated early. I'd be lying if I said I didn't think those ranks looked better than the new ones, though. I probably would have donated earlier if I could receive legacy ranks, and I hide my $50 donator rank because I don't like the way it looks, especially considering how the legacy rank looks. That being said, if new, better ranks were made, I can see that being an incentive for more donations.

Nah legacy ranks are for old fags, just have the current donator ranks redone. Simple as that.

legacy ranks do look much nicer,
the only ones who wouldn`t be for the accessibility to all however would be those who have access to them now.

Legacy ranks are legacy for a reason. It would be a waste of time and money to reinstate them; e.g. the new ranks wouldn't be utilized anymore. They should be reserved for the people who donated to the website when they were available. I personally don't see what the issue is with the current donation ranks, it should remain how it is.

Tbh, I think there should be a competition for completely new graphics.

 

I personally like the old ones but everyone seems to be donating to get a custom rank so I don't think it really matters.

I have the old ranks because I donated up to $200 before the cutoff.

 

Denied, legacy are legacy for a reason. As far as changing the ranks via a competition, that could possibly be a good idea sometime soon depending on how strong Rs07 becomes or what we're in store for with Rs3.
