Requesting a Pardon

The first time I was banned it was for evading because I had made an account called "Bubba" and I requested a SRB on Fresh Prince, Found out the ban was for scamming and evading, now the evading was a missunderstanding, but the scamming was my fault, I allowed my brother to sell his account on here while I was away on holidays, I took 100% responsibility for what he had scammed and paid the person back, But after that was all worked out, I told I was evading from an account called "DustieDustin" and "Party in the usa" First dustieDustin was also my brothers which you can look on he only bought xbl, and only xbl.

now the account "Party in the USA" I have no clue about this one, I'm currently unaware about the account and the activities it has done, It's traced back to me, but I would like to add I've been a decent sythe user, I've done no wrong nor scamming, I've only been on sythe a few times to sell gold and all my trades went fantastic. I was wondering if I could get a pardon for this, I have no idea why it's traced to me as this is my first time using sythe, Mostly did my trades on powerbot/player auctions. I've checked into the account party in the usa, it was created feb second 2012, at this time I was not into selling my gold nor was I on any sites for runescape.

If it's possible i'd like to prove myself to this community. If im given another chance,I would not let anyone down, again adding i'm not even sure why i'm banned. Thanks for reading.

This is you on party in the USA selling an account that you later attempted to sell on fresh prince.

These are the scam reports I've found on Party in the USA. You've been cooperative so far, if you're willing to pay these people back you have my vote of support. You can give the gp to a moderator to hold onto if you're unable to reach the people scammed

Oh wow mate, I had no clue...I guess my brother was scamming back then too. :/ He had told me this was his only time. Can you tell me the full amount that was taken?

 

I'd also like to offer my support when the users have been repaid / a mod has the money.
I've given Bubba some stuff to look at, so he's looking at obtaining the funds for the refund now.

 

Thanks for the understanding guys, I'm currently working on getting the cash back. And i'd like to apologize for everything that's happened, I didn't know he was scamming people or even on sythe at this time. I'll keep you guys updated.

Looks like you've got a few more scam reports to deal with as well as some account re-selling. So unless you've got an explanation, no support from me.
