A revamp of Movies/Television into Entertainment

I was recently browsing through Sythe and noticed that there was no area to discuss books, online articles, etc. I came to thinking about the possibility of combining movies, television, and reading into one section in the IRL section and possibly having three different subforums involved in there.

There are a lot of great things that could come from this, and I am positive there are avid readers on Sythe. This could lead to active discussions on new books, past favorites, etc. Not to mention all of the great articles that can easily be found online.

Even if the whole combination of the three seems a bit strenuous as I'm sure some people doubt the activity level involved in the reading section, maybe even just having a subforum to the movies and television section titled "Books" or "Reading". As mentioned though, additional subforums seem to create even more inactivity in sections.

Any thoughts?

 

To be honest, renaming it to Entertainment is probably a good idea, creating dead subforums is annoying.

Maybe have a sticky labelling that this includes reading or whatever.

I read often, and I'd probably contribute somewhat.

 

Depending on the amout of users that visit those sections.
If it's low, then combining it would be efficient.
