    Reason for TWC/Ban:
I don't know how severe his punishment should be, but anywhere from a TWC upwards to a Ban should be issued in my opinion. Also, this is a long read so bare with me.

Ok long story short, GUnit8 offers to sell me 650m via a UKBT. We agree on a price, he then says he has a middleman ready in the form of theaussie1. Back when this happened I disregard the MM because I didn't deem him trustworthy enough, so I didn't bother checking skype names and so forth. I believe this might have been a fake skype account looking back as from this post by aussie, the skype used was different. So already probably it was him trying to imposter a MM, obviously it would be best to double check with aussie in case he has made a new skype.

Moving on, so I now said I wanted to use a OMM. In this case I wanted to use n4n0, however he wasn't responding to my messages on msn. GUnit then says he has to go for a bit and he'll check later before he goes to sleep. At first I figured I'll just wait till tomorrow as n4n0 wasn't answering. But as I saw GUnit on sythe a bit later, I logged back on skype and asked him if he still wanted to get it done.

This time n4n0 did reply and I eventually got him to OMM the trade. However, this is when the initial sketchiness comes in as basically within a 10 minute span whilst I'm talking to n4n0 about the trade, it goes from him saying: he'll wait for me, to him saying he's talking to h1j2q3, to him saying he has sold it once I finally do get n4n0 on skype.

So now I'm kind of pissed, because he said he would wait and within 10 minutes he claims he sold it. I was basically going to leave it at that, however soon after I realised he had posted a thread saying he's selling 600m via Amazon and what not. I'm thinking he never sold the 650m, and basically must have been lying. I message him he gives me some nonsense about having more cash and what not. I took it upon myself to message h1j2q3, in which he replied he had only traded in lots of 1b+ today. So now I know he's lying about trading with him.

So now I ask him how much he did trade to see if I can confirm he didn't trade a sum greater than 1b. Surprise, surprise he lets me know he never did trade with him and claims on skype "I never sold him nothing, I didn't want to trade u, u seemed sketchy, u refused MM from me twice. I waited 2 hours for you, also u could not provide instant bank transfer and I needed the money tonight so I didn't want to sell to you to be honest, I only made it up to get away from the trade, okay? and I have sold my gold now so it's okay for me report it if u want no problem".

I'm sketchy for wanting to use a OMM? I had n4n0 on skype with him all ready to go and he said he sold, in terms of the bank transfer I honestly don't know how long it takes. As sometimes it's instant, sometimes a couple of hours, so I wasn't going to pretend it was going to be instant when I honestly didn't know and it's not like he even bought it up till questioned.

So anyways in summary he most likely used an imposter MM, he lied about trading with a bulk buyer once a OMM finally got involved and when finally found out he gave a poor excuse in regards to the transfer; baring in mind he never mentioned it, apart from one line at the really started which didn't stop him going ahead with the trade to begin with.

Anyways sorry for the long read, I just found this whole ordeal very sketchy and feel with everything taken into account something's up.

Checked the Skypes, the IPs don't match on the two. Also sadly, it doesn't really seem like he's refusing a OMM as he never formally said no after you requested an OMM. At best I'll have to just say stay away from him, however I'll keep an eye out for shady behavior.

Lazy and I have agreed that we'd like another pair of eyes/a second opinion on the situation, any takers? :)
