    Basically, he pm'd me, offering 0.37/m, offered to go first in increments, which i thought was quite suspicious, he then refused to use anything other then PayPal, due to a '$1000 PlayerAuctions' limit..

    Someone offering .37 (which is what larger sellers are selling for atm ) and refusing PA isn't enough to warrant a TWC. Sorry, just stay away from him.
