Anyone have a good method that I'll only lose 40-50m on?


NO HERB CLEANING
NO EXTREMES/OVLS UNLESS TOTAL COST IS 50M OR UNDER!

Pretty much looking to make the potion and sell..

Someone the other day was saying something about making barb def pots and losing about 50m from 72-99. Look into it .

 

But why not herb cleaning? You even profit from that if you do the right herbs.

 

Is that actually viable? I would have thought it'd take 10x longer?

 

PLEASE do it with overloads, after 99 you'll regret it soo much.

 

Yes you make profit but it can take hundreds of hours. It's not really an advised option for the average joe.

 

I might look into this then, money is the only thing ruining my dreams of 99 herb.

 

Just keep an eye on GE prices of your selected unclean/clean herbs. When it looks like an acceptable profit/loss margin, first go to the GE and buy each of them to see what the true buy/sell costs are, and start your cleaning then.

Keep in mind prices change extremely quickly, so you're definitely on a time limit. Could even be a couple minutes before a profitable margin turns into a loss.

 

thats why i dont want to clean.

 

I was looking at a bot and it cleans in the region of 4-5k an hour, with a buying limit of 10k per 4 hours you shouldn't be able to run a loss too high unless you get multiple people to buy you 10k per 4 hours.

 

most premium bots (rsbot), can clean 8-10k/hr, so I'd need to stack ahead of time which is very risky with the price.

Take your time with it? Less chance of being banned if you do 20-30k a day.

 

id rather just get 99 herb in like 2-3 days

 

I did 88-99 herblore with Serum 207s. Only cost me ~70-75mil. I botted it with RiDiverse and got 99 in 3 sessions, 21, 26, and 32 hours long

Well my plans when I go for 99 herb will cost ALOT more than 40 - 50m, but I'll share it with you as you might like the idea and save up to do it this way... Last time I added it up, It cost 70m from 90 - 94. Make an equal amount of all the extreme potions(attack, strength, defence, magic, ranged), the formula, incase your not good at math is- Add together all the xp from the extremes, this is 1200 xp per extreme set. Now take the amount of xp until level 94 and divide it by 1200. This will give you the amount of each extreme potion to make. This will get you as far as 94. Now if you started doing this method at level 88, you would have enough supplies to get to 99 with overloads. However, from 90 - 94 only gives enough extremes to get 97 herblore with overloads I believe. And 94 - 99 will cost you over 100m, however you will have nearly a lifetime supply of overloads.

 

yes serum 207's are the best way to go. cheap, but still very quick! i did this to 96 and then ovls.

 

The logic behind this is sound and i understand this, but I don't really need that many Ovls haha

and serum 207s are far too slow. I'd rather lose 10m more and do prayer potions
