Remove the sythe multi account protection?

Well I remember long ago seeing a post by Sin666 saying they typically don't IPBan a user, because they'd prefer if they're going to ban evade, they do it on the same IP, so it is easier to catch them.

Last time I heard, there was a system in-place from stopping people to make accounts on an IP that already has an account.

I suggest removing it for the aforementioned reason, that it is easier to catch people who shouldn't be on this site, if they have a tainted IP.

I know some people are probably smart enough to change their IP or find a private proxy\vpn every time, but I'm sure this will help in catching those whom are too lazy to do so every time.

I know a counter argument would be, some people are too stupid to find a way to get back on sythe, so it keeps them out for an elongated period of time.

Most people who vade do it knowingly and usually have some malicious purpose to carry out in doing so. The system was put there for the small percent of banned users who don't know how to change their IP to get back in and so on.

Note that you only need to use a new IP when registering a new account. Most people do this, then they get off the proxy the next day or whatever and just sign back on to the vader account on their original, real IP. This way the staff catch them and just ban them for vading there and then. Most people are just too lazy to use a proxy all the time or they forget to stay on it.

I can't think of any reason why someone would want a 2nd account on here if they're not banned in the first place. The only people I know who have alternate accounts are staff members.
