This thread will serve as a purpose for hiring new independent contractors for my business. The general requirements are that you are above the age of 18, and understand that it is supplemental work only. You probably will not be able to substitute these as a career path or by any means fulfill your monthly expenses, unless you live in a country with a lower GDP per capita. Since you will also be hired as an independent contractor, you will assume some responsibilities associated with your job. We have multiple ways of paying you and calculating on a per-job or per-action basis.

General Requirements

• 18 Years with government identification
• Experienced with Runescape
• Constant access to a computer

Earnings
While earnings may vary based on timings, you will usually receive approximately $2 per hour you are clocked in, which correlates to about 15-20 minutes of work per two hours, or $15~ per hour of actual work. Therefore, this job is great to earn money while you're on the computer doing other things, such as browsing Sythe, playing video games, or jerking off.

• (2) In-game advertisers (Earn 30% of the profits you generate us)
• (1) Customer support representative (graveyard shift available, US Central time)
• (1) Technical Admin and/or Web Coder (Per-month or per-job basis)
• (1) Sales Department (Conducting large purchases and sales)

Is the 18 age requirement a MUST?

 

If your parents co-sign for you and it's permitted where you live, you don't have to be 18 years old.

 

Is that required for every department, like advertising etc would that require my parents? It's legal to work at 13 in my country I think.

 

For advertising wouldn't be required.

Representative is basically the person who delivers gold and operates the live chat. Sales department, you coordinate bulk purchases and sales, make sure we're always in stock, and stuff like that.

I guess it's a good experience to put on your resume, made some money on the side if you're on a long time every day. Basically, my current worker(s) usually work whenever they're on the computer and do their online things: reddit, youtube, facebook, and if there's a customer they serve them. However, you have to be absolutely careful when you do end up serving a customer because there's so many ways you can screw up. You will screw up. But after the first week or so you should have a positive experience.

We need someone on about the same time you're online, so it's all good from what I skimmed through. It's pretty much every day with maybe one day off per week and obviously you can ask off for certain days ahead of time. No hours spread out: it's one large chunk, and you get a short break. You can do multiple jobs if you can handle it.

I mean does it have to be 18+? Because recently now In my country i'm on summer vacations meaning that I have 2 months of spare time.
I wouldn't held something like sales conductory that yes I understand you gotta be 18+ but I would possibly take part in the Customer Support part that is just about chat and well being online as much as possible.
Please respond me I need some info about that.
