I have to say, ever since he became a mod, Dave has been a top notch member of the staff.

It's a pleasure to join the ranks with him, his hard work is exemplary.

 

Very good at doing his job but I believe you close reports too early in the report section when you are not the one who even handled it in the first place. Like my TWC thread, I was going to contact Video about it to try get this user in question a TWC as he started to handle it but now it is closed. Other than that you are really active, and great.

Yeah I messed up there. I've got to get it into my head that not everyone is/can be as active as others and it's okay for things to not happen the day of, or even 3 days later. My apologies for that, I've got to work on my patience.

I found it very disrespectfull how you handle my case Dave.

You've given me a TWC and a 1 month ban because I had a trade going on with WU and the buyer went first and after he vouched for me. Suddently you asked me to proof that vouch and I couldn't. Because I did not safe the receipt as I never safe them.

We both know that I have NO reason whatsoever to lie about it. I gain nothing with it, I told you multiply times that I don't have it and you didn't assist on anything to help me with my case. You were acting just lazy regarding it. I even TOLD you to check out the buyers vouches and you could of seen that he has bought from other 5 legit sellers GOLD multiply times and he also went first. It's not a FAKE vouch at all. I've countless times told you that I am SORRY and that I would learn from my mistake as I never knew that I needed to safe it for a trade even if the buyer went first, but still you ignored it and did not give me a second chance at all , instead you ignored me futher on and gave me a TWC and a Ban.

I even let my friend oblivionrage PM you to help me futher with my case and you did not even REPLY, let alone accept my msn invite.

I've been a member for years and any MORON could tell that I have no reason to fake a vouch, I donated to the website to support it and this is how I've suddently been treated. Totally disrespectfull if you ask me.

the funniest of all is, that only ACTION vs me was taken. But the buyer has got nothing out of it, why? If it was a fake vouch, shouldn't he be banned + twcd too? Yeah obviously you did your job not correctly there, you shouldn't be a mod at all if you ask me. I'm extremely mad at you.

Asked him to approve a thread in community general, but he scammed me and just told n4n0 instead. Would not recommend.

 

Well, We have had a run in or two, but even when he was busy he helped me out, and although I don't think he was on my side. Hes helpful as fuaaar.

 

You are by far the most active mod i have seen on Sythe.
You should be a global or even admin.

 

I want to apologize for the lack of activity that I've been displaying and will most likely persist for the rest of this month. My activity will be only half of what it was last month because my smart ass decided he wanted to take 2 6-week (normally 16 week) courses on Anthropology, a subject I truly hate. Still don't know why I'm doing it but yea, I won't be going insane like I did my first two months . It will pick back up though, I promise .

 

Dave helped me with my scam report, thanks man!!

Other than that, haven't really had to deal with him but have seen him doing really well in the scam report section!

Having someone hold bonds for a donation with a TWC makes it looks like the staff have low trust standards. The TWC must of obviously been given for a reason and before becoming a donation bond holder his TWC should have been removed or if it didn't warrant a removal, he shouldn't have become a bond holder.

It's like running an online shop and having something on you're profile saying "Be careful with sending money to me first I may run off with it"

 

You created the thread to purely hate on my TWC; i think it deserved a close tbh. Then when you dont get your own way you start a thread against Dave?

Why dont you try trading with me before you start untrue remarks against me?

 

I believe he has to give in a bond to Matthew before running one of this so him running off with any money is his loss really.
