    I've been at 30 referrals for like 2 weeks, don't worry I gave up long time ago. And I already have 3 ranks. More meaningful than this "Competition Winner".

    Was reading page 10 of this, and found that according to the rules, JustHope should not have gotten the rank (direct payment to referrals):

    (He edited the post later, but RwmRS2 quoted the original on page 10, don't see why Sythe didn't read that post).
    So if others did not get a rank for this reason, then there should now be 2 ranks left to give out.

    I was a little confused to why Justhope got the rank too but sythe gave it to him so he must of thought what he did was fine. How i see it is he offered an 'incentive' that if he won the rank he would hold a drop party.
