Scammed by Bet Daily

just got scammed, two santa hats gone, she sent paypal paymetn first each time and i sent it over, bet daily opened a dispute for both and closed them before I sent over the two santa hats, now i woke up to two new disputes from paypal and my payments got compromised, what can i do?

 

You need to post proof of all of this (screenshots of the trade etc). We can then ban him.

In regards to your money, once you post the screen shot's its going to be up to you to call paypal/dispute the trade. Unfortunately it's not likely that you will receive your money back, paypal is notorious for such.

basically they wanted paypal and will send first, 55 for a santa, we both log on same worlds and i prove the santa. After receiving the payment from paypal, i say okay now open a dispute and close a dispute so i know you won't scam, he/she does so. I trade the person the santa and then the person wants another, so we follow through with the same procedure, opened then closed dispute, then i sent the second santa. now around that point, i noticed her skype name was different than display name, so I had her private message me her skype name, it matched so i thought it was okay still. I wake up this morning to reversal fees from paypal, two claims. so i called paypal and after a long talk and investigation, i got the unfortunately its digital goods blah blah. but the representative (Ivan, a really great one) was able to empathize or rather paypal was able to, and give me a one time courtesy refund. Still all is not good, the scammer still got their money, i'm uploading anything i can to paypal to make sure they don't. oh yeah, so during the long talk on paypal, i forgot to include, the two new disputes when i saw when i woke up were unauthorized disputes. he was actually like surprised, saying it was an interesting case. because i told him i made them open/close dispute so i wouldn't get scammed, then they gave this.

got that from paypal, so i am pretty sure their skype was a fake, got mocking messages from them through skype this morning when i complained to him
