    This is another thread I have seen recently claiming staff gave the users account to someone else. Staff then claims IP's were the same when requested for the account recovery, so they can just give out the account. What if a "friend" knew I was trusted on this site, decided to come over to my house and recover my account while I was playing Xbox or something. It would be on my IP, so you guys would give him the account info.

    Anyways, my suggestion is, ask for the accounts secret question answer before handing over the account. It's not their for nothing is it?

    When its ur computer/ur ip, u must protect it.
    No one else than you must have access to sythe or any sale which u are doing on sythe.

    Staff doesn't have access to security question answers, administrators can change that type of profile option (sec-Q, passwords, etc) but they can't see what was previously set.
