Scam Report - Bloody-

UPDATE: got off the phone with Blizzard, I read the key to them and asked the rep if he could tell me when it was claimed. He said several weeks ago. I don't know if the seller was aware of the key being in use or not but he will not refund me or give me a new key.

Briefly explain the trade: I sent the user $20 on PayPal for a Mists of Pandaria CD-Key
How they scammed: Code was already in use when I put it in
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: All communication was done through site PM.

Included an image of his thread incase he tries to edit it, he said nothing about his policy if the keys didn't work, so this is a real ripoff. Last image shows my WoW account is still not upgraded to Mists of Pandaria standard edition.

 

Do you have any proof of this ?

 

I can try asking the same question in the form of a web ticket and posting it here.

 

Alright here is the ticket. You can clearly see that key has already been claimed, and this guy bullshitted me saying I was lying and that he knew the key worked.
EDIT: sorry original image didn't clearly show which CD-key it was, I updated it.

Was gonna give Yaroow time to handle the report, but he seems busy. He's banned, sorry for the loss man.

Bloody- if you dispute it, 2hokage4u acknowledges that it may have been a faulty key and if you refund him you will be unbanned .
