I am working on my minion rank as we speak.

 

Having a single "minion rank" for post count would be nice and would make hitting those milestones really cool. (For example at 500 posts you lose the 100 post icon and get a new one or something)

A years of service rank maybe based on join date

Maybe even donator although you get a rank for it. I'm not sure what this will look like really so I'm not sure if it would look good having a bunch of "easy" ones in there

 

Something to do with how long you're here would be cool, along with post count. Makes those milestones, as sypherz said, more exciting.
