TWC recommendation for pawnscape1414

The trade was supposed to be 12 Month XBL Gold Membership for 50 USD.

I did a good faith trade with 800 MSP for 5 USD and was going to get the XBL Membership for 45 USD only.

I sent the code on December 6th over Sythe.org PM. The code was in the sealed cardboard scratch off holder (I have pictures that the codes where all sealed prior to sending it).

This pawnscape guy told me the code didn't work, that it was already in use. Seeing as I had just opened it and scratched off the code and sent it to him THAT day, I didn't see how it would be possible for it to be used.

I contacted XBL and they confirmed the code was activated December 6th (the day I sent the code to this guy). Unfortunately, they could not tell me who used the code, but seeing as I sent it that day to him (and only to him), it would make sense that he used it. If he made some sort of mistake or miscalculation and then couldn't use the code, that is not my fault, I had a good working code for 60$ in product that he failed to pay me for.

While I can not prove definitively that he did use the code, I have all the documentation within Sythe that shows that I sent him the code, on which day it was sent, that he confirmed he received the code and was going to check it out and pay me once it panned out.

Additionally, the code was sent on the 6th, I never got a reply back from him until the 8th of December. Which I would believe I would have been contacted sooner if the code hadn't worked immediately.

I can provide only the Sythe PM's and a screen shot from Microsoft saying when the code was activated.

If that isn't enough well, I don't know then.

 

Please post the proof, I'll look into it however redeemable codes are always messy to work with.

 

He accused you of scamming as well, but the difference between you and him is that he's been banned several times in the past for scamming and you haven't (to my knowledge). Unless there's any objection Dave, this can probably be closed

 

I trust your word 100% Video, you should have just closed it yourself , you know I wouldn't mind!
