He gaved me some tracking number which is stuck for 14 days so far for 6-10 days posting service...
I know there may be delay but the package didn't mooved from 20th November...

*Extra info : He try to put me some bshits that sometime usps tracking number is glitched and it freeze and cannot be tracked and stuff (which i don't believe because i have brough 200+ items on ebay and never had problems with my items)

I need either refund or get him banned for scamming (Prefer getting my Dre's replica)

As for the evidence which has been provided, Exil3 has stated both to me (when I bought a pair of headphones from him), and to Desir0 that the USPS tracking system only goes so far, once it leaves the country you are unable to see updates on the shipped item (which was the same as my case).

Baed on Desir0's past record, and Exil3's current record - my personal recommendation is that the scam report is invalid.

First of all my ban have nothing to do with person scamming me.
A scamming is always get a ban.
Second, i'm in dispute to prove i'm no one else than me and that retarded mod RsProd didnt even check whats going on with my dispute.
I don't actually care what he think because i believe my dispute (which have nothing to do with this scamm report) will end verry soon when i prove i'm not no one else than me.

Everyone can track this package at my country post tracking system because i have provided the tracking number and i can help with all evidences and proofs
Its sad that RsProd is trying to hide/protect a obvious scammer.
It is obvious that the package is not here for 19 days so far and it was send for 6-10 days service.
RsProd,Please do not protect scammers and put a Mod umbrella, because if u think i will leave the things like that and i will let someone scam me you are wrong.I don't care i'm banned for evasion because i have used proxy, on my dispute is posted everything about my ban and i'm looking forward to prove i'm not no one else than me, doesnt matter that have nothing to do with a scamm report on another person.

I will take it into consideration, though I do not see how a bad tracking record would save someone from becoming a victim himself.

I have tracked the package myself, and it seems it genuinely got stuck/lost in the system.
From what I can tell, the best course of action would be for someone (preferably from the US) to call USPS to see what is going on.

So its bein sketchy from the first time but consider his status on sythe and vouches i have trusted him...
First of all he told me that from the post office they told him they can't do nothing about their packages/services? (LOL?)
And if it was out of USA they cant do anything (obviously from the tracking number can be seen its still on usa, because also the airplanes takes 1 day to get on every single country in the world...There is 5-9 days burocration and 1-2 days max delivery)

Like i said i have every single proof needed and RsProd, thanks for trying to protect a potentional scammer but thats not gonna happend.

I have not been able to contact Exile yet. If I have not heard anything within 24 hours, I am going to place a temporary ban upon his account until this is all sorted.

 

Exile has failed to contact me or even reply to the messages I left on MSN.

I am banning him until this is resolved, hopefully he has a change of heart and care about his customers then.

After 41 days of waiting for nothing i'm still scammed by exil3.
I never received the item and i was never refunded...
Today i have seen a post from RsProd, that the scammer report was already done and Yaroow can close the thread, which is obvious lie.
Then the post cunningly hidden (Deleted) from RsProd, when i see it and tell yaroow about it.
The situation was never completed and after 41 days of waiting i still dont have my item or refund...
Today i have seen Exil3 unbanned, and i get answer from Yaroow :

So how can a person who had scamm report open on him from 20+ days with all proofs,and everyone know the situation that he scammed me (Because the situation with end of no refund or no delivery can be called scamming) can be unbanned ?
Exil3 was banned before because he didn't answer ? But he answer to Yaroow before 15 days and respond on his questions before 15 days.... and he still was banned until today..
So how after 15 days he get unbanned without refund/pay back ?
RsProd also start to protect him even from the start and want to make the scamm report invalid with false requests...

A scammer was unbanned and its free to scamm again, without fixing his report on him.
I'm sure there is explanation why a scammer can be unbanned before he pay back (doesnt matter is exil3 or someone else) and why can that be allowed?
He was banned for 15+ days and i believe he must remain banned untill he refund/pay me back.
I request Exil3 to be banned agian untill he pay me back.
For good reasons sythe have rules which is saying : If a scammer want to turn back to the community,first at all before post a dispute thread, he must pay back the scammed person....

So i dont see a thread about dispute ban, i was never refunded and Exil3 was unbanned today (31/12/2012)

Because i wont let a scammer just run away with that situation without paying me back.
I believe even if he refund me and get unbanned fair, he must receive at least TWC rank.

In the end i get answer from Yaroow before week that i will ger partial refund (He can't explain me why partial).
I never get even 1gp refund and i can't realize why i will get partial refund ?
I mean consider i never let Exil3 pay any fee (shipping in this case) and exil3 was never harmed from my part, how i can't get my full refund ?
How i can be guilty about any losses when i agree on everything he requested.
I never made offer for his headphones and sending services.
I simply ask him how much it will cost me the headphones in rsgp and how much it will cost me the shipping.
After he told me the prices which was total (220m including shipping) i never try to negotiable and just agreed with everything he said.
I have paid for my headphones and shipping fees upfont and never let Exil3 spend even 1 cent on this trade.
I believe is he is going to refund me, the refund must be full not partial, because i see no reason for any partial's at all.
I just paid him 220m, and i want him back in the end after 41 days waiting for nothing...

Time after time, you will come to me with some ridiculous statements about how Exile3 supposedly knowingly and willingly scammed you, how the moderation team, including me, would me incompetent at what they do, the list goes on and on and on when it is very clear what happened, let me sum it up for you ONE MORE TIME

• Desir0 buys headphones
• Exile3 sends package with tracking
• Package supposedly never arrives
• Whilst tracking the package, you can see it has left the US
• Desir0creates a report
• Exile3 does not respond and gets banned after a fair amount warnings after which he contacts me and states he's in the middle of his exams and will be available a couple days later
• Exile, being very cooperative once the exams ended, informs me USPS can not track its packges once they leave the country
• The team comes to a decision, if the package does not arrive by 1-1-2013 a partial refund will be issued
• Exile3 requests to be unbanned as he did nothing wrong and sent the package as promised.
• Exile3 gets unbanned as no staff members opposed

That being said, you claim that you do not want to see Exile3 banned, though you keep pushing towards having him banned and are very upset to see him unbanned.

Now to answer some of your statements more directly:

The post you saw was made by Dave (http://puu.sh/1HubQ) , technically he is right, the report is done. Though I would like to keep it open until the item has arrived or a partial refund has taken place.

As I said above, Exile3 was unbanned as he did nothing wrong and sent the package as promised. He got unbanned as no staff members opposed.

Exile3 did NOT scam you, the package was lost in the mail and he can not do anything about the postal service (whichever it may be) losing the package.

Exile3 was not banned for owing anyone any money, and was therefore unbanned.
Once again, he did not scam you. The postal service lost the package.

You will receive a partial refund because you were not scammed, your package was lost.
Exile3 has agreed to pay the partial refund of 110M (50%) and is gathering RSGP to refund you.
