High Pardon Request

Please do not ban me before a final conclusion. I've talked to RSProd and he asked me to make this pardon which I myself wanted to make but hesitated.

Detailed information:
Well, yes. I am ban evading on this forum. I accept this fact. But I see people getting unbanned after they repay for the money they scammed or something, sometimes. My case was a different one. I was first banned for fake vouches 2 yrs ago. And 2 yrs ago I've done a trade with you indirectly as I was scammed by someone who did it in a complex different manner that I can explain you via skype, windows messenger or something.

I was scammed all my money $250 in total off my first trade on sythe. That was kind of depressing. Within 10 trades I got scammed again and that was really annoying that I wasn't able to get the other guy banned, seeing as I was a newbie and didn't know scams like these do exist. I was 14 at that time -.-

I made fake vouches just to get safety while doing trades i.e. going second to have done safe trades. I was caught later with fake vouches and was permanent banned. Later hammered again and again by FireZ off my appeals. I had to ban evade cause I felt that fake vouches was still not as big as scamming. Many scammers, after they return the money to victim gets unbanned.

Later, when I joined spyike, sythe posted that he's unbanning those people with small offences like fake vouches, self vouching etc. I appealed, but hammered or wasn't replied.

I had to do sales and so I came here again and again. I still feel if I weren't banned earlier I could have had 100+ vouches in total. There was not a single trade in which I was caught scamming the other guy. Well if you understand what I am saying, please help me. Give me a TWC, but don't get me banned again. Moreover I have also donated to Sythe through my previous account cause Sythe helped.

Why can I be an asset to Sythe?:
I've great programming knowledge in Java, Pascal etc. I've sold my programs through kendudex and iblackhornet and have got satisfied customers. I believe I did an offense of fake vouches 2 yrs ago, and that was me being 14 and new to Sythe. Take it as a childish behavior of mine 2 years ago. Give me a chance and I'm sure this community won't regret it. I've also donated few bucks on my last account kendudex just to thank Sythe for helping me earn money. I don't know what else to say, but I guess there's nothing else I can say.

I have a problem with the fact that you've ban evaded 5 times, but I would support a vote on this.

 

I would fully support this pardon, however I've just looked up the ban reason for your second account (Casterz: http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=285895) which was banned for "Selling recovered accounts".

Please explain.

EDIT: I've searched through all your past posts and threads started on Casterz, and I can't seem to find anywhere that you've sold a recovered account.

 

It was just a misunderstanding. I didn't sell any account though. I was selling an account known as Dylock. This name was the name of the banned guy in 2001 rs classic phat dupe. I made a new account, email login with the same name dylock just because it was available. Main reason of my ban was ban evading as well.

And about my 4 ban evasions, I am sorry. I didn't get enough chance earlier and other communities banned me cause i was banned on sythe.

 

I'll support this pardon to go to voting. Given the chance, I believe you're a changed person.

It looks like Peeko, his skilling partner, scammed some people. Are we going to require him to pay them back?

Peeko and myself were skilling partners for a while but we handled our orders individually.... I don't really see a pt. making me pay for his scam. I was not at all involved in it.

 

We have a rule that says that you're responsible for partner scams. I'm gonna let an upper decide what to do about this though, it happened a long time ago

 

Well. Alright if I'm required to pay.. I'll do but please lemme know how much did he scam? I'll save up for it then.

I've pm'd both of them, though mauledpk looks like haven't logged since a year time. I'll try my best to pay them back. I've got 20m spare to pay them back.

EDIT: Just paid shaaaaun the 15m. Mauled pked have not pm'd me back yet, he's been inactive since 1 yr time. Confirmation to shaaaaun being paid has been sent to RSProd by Shaaaaun himself.

If shaaaaun was ok with 15m repayment that's his business, but I don't think it's fair that you scammed $8 worth of gp (was at least .50 at the time) and paid him back about $4 worth in today's market.

 

Please fix your post, I didn't scam Shaaaaun. It was my skill service guy Peeko who did it. After the day peeko scammed, shaaaaun accepted that he got scammed and didn't ask for refund from me knowing that it wasn't my fault at all. I paid him, cause video told me to as it was required. Peeko scammed gp in a gp for service trade and so the 15m was returned. Also, I think the rule that said pay for partner's scam wasn't added that time. I wasn't asked to pay 15m that time so I think the rule wasn't there.

EDIT: http://sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1284713-peeko-cleaned-me.html was filed on 26th November 2011. Do you guys keep a log or something when the rule for business/partnerships were added? Just asking.. although I've no intention to take back the 15m GP. But just wanna clear some stuff.

 

Sorry for my mistake, but my opinion still stands. If your partner took 15M at the time (worth about $8), you are both responsible to return what was taken. If Shauuun is happy with 15M, that's great, but as far as I'm concerned, you've only returned about half of what was taken.

I'm going to abstain because I'm not really pleased with this.
