Just from looking through the last page, who is "punker" and "stui" and what were they banned for?

Wow, why did punker get banned if he pretty much is giving back the money that the other guy scammed?? It seems fair to me

It looks like alot of people liked stui and are sticking up for the guy, is there a link to the thing that got him banned?

 

There's a misconception. Punker took all of the money for himself and did not give any away.

As far as Stui goes, he was an honest guy who had NO idea how to handle his money. After he repaid his debts a certain staff member who had a grudge against him acted extremely immature/unprofessionally and told him he would not return, contrary to Sythe policy and the nature of his original ban. Instead of going to another staff member he acted out in passion with the framing incident which warranted an actual perm ban.

 

The fact he tried framing HHN to cover his losses on sythe shows his true intentions on site. He shouldn't have been told he wouldn't be allowed to return though. His dispute would have most likely been denied anyways during the couple of months before his ban he was acting really fishy though. He was denying using OMMs in multiple bils trades which I doubt anyone even sold him, messing up middleman trade, losing his items staking or something. You could tell by his trading habits he was going to scam his losses.

Found him for offsite scamming last night. Apparently a few days ago he was meant to pay some user 50M for a Dicing Script he purchased however he refused to pay the user because the dice clan failed.

Insane Gods is a weird situation. Supposedly there's about 10 imposters getting away with scamming users and it seems as though none of the reports are conclusive enough or are even directed towards the actual Insane Gods. Punjabi found an older account of his and he was banned for evasion, however Insane Gods showed staff a dispute where he requested that account be banned before the Self-Requested rank was ever bought into play. So he never really vaded, his ban was requested on that account before the SRB rank was ever created.

 

As a mod i expect more from you yaroow. Plz tell the truth when referring to Stui.
Real reason: He owed money, was banned. He paid back most if not all the money back. Asked to be unbanned, a certain mod didnt want him back and stalled the process. Then told him he was only returning with a TWC. He pretty much said fuck sythe and tried to Get HHN banned for a phat set ect.

 

Guessing hattez is banned for infraction buildup for spamming everywhere? Not even surprised.

 

As I wasn't around for the whole Stui situation, the only thing I know for certain is the fact he tried to frame a legit member for thousands of dollars.
I am aware a lot more happened, though am vague on the details. So rather than guessing, I informed the user about the part I did know for sure. leaving others to add the rest of the story.



As for Hattez, he managed to get a whopping FOUR infractions in a single day, he'll be back in three days.

 

Not sure whether I should congratulate him or not.

 

Why are we still talking about Stui? Case closed, like Punjabi said, he tried to freaking scam HHN, who had no part whatsoever in his banning. Shows what his intentions were. Better to keep him banned then later on have him actually scam a party hat set.
