you seem to forget the rest of the story. He only framed HHN after he repaid and was told he wasnt going to be allowed back.. then vaded ect..

 

sry for the xtra post but this is spot on. Stui made bad choices after repayment but essentially its the same situation as Karl/Gohan "coreys" was different and he blatantly caused damages and never repaid and got away with it.
thats where the double standard comes in

If he tried to frame someone innocent he is just as bad as a scammer.

 

Let alone the fact he got greedy as fuck and basically tried to scam HHN for a party hat set...

 

Where did punkerpunk13 go? He had like $200+ and 1k vouches and was huge in the runescape community and MM'ing. (Just found out he was banned for some "issues") What shame! Feel stupid >_>

@hattez and Freaky- stui was going to be unbanned following his repayments, but just with a TWC, which Stui was not okay with which led to all the problems.

 

He owes Arcus like $1k US

 

Yeah, he was told to go away a few times and then was told he was coming back with a TWC, if we was going to come back at all but it was delayed so long it looked like he wasn't coming back. Then that was when he evaded and tried to get HHN banned, not that I am excusing that - it's just the facts. Stui was no threat to the community. So we'll just see how it plays out with this whole situation and then we can decide the amount of double standards.

Something regarding this - the ordeal as a whole

 

Cosrob got demoted due to his behavior and stuff towards the situation as described above in the thread. He always had an ego on him but I still think it was a bit harsh.

As for Stui, it's pretty much been explained above the story on him. Although I'll say a certain current member of the staff wasn't being a great help at the time, hell they went out of their way to get Stui banned simply because he didn't like him. Stui's ban is still warranted though.

With Punker's whole pardon thing, did he come out of his own good will? Or was he caught? I'm curious.

 

Came out of his own good will, he would have never got caught for it.

Also Stui was always shady he was bound to scam eventually most likely he had plans to scam more. Honestly after he lost his p hat it was obvious he was trying to cover his losses in a quick and timely manner.

 

Stui never really scammed. He paid all back (Including me), he was kept banned because he tried framing Hahanerd.

It was a fiasco. But I can say he wasn't a scammer-like person.

Punker had it coming, he was always involved in a just-barely-acceptable group of hackers and the sort from when I looked into his case. Inb4herecoversallofhisaccounts"forthegreatergood."

 

kero no offence but who the fuck cares who someone hangs out with. Punker earned his good rep through tons of trades. He came forward on his own. That counts more to me then the hacking. I bet half of this community is involved in some shady shit. Its just the dirty secret no1 talks about.

 

Decently confused on the Insane Gods situation. To my knowledge, he's a vader and scammed multiple times and several people submitted adequate reports.

I had seen at one point he was, in fact, banned, but I'm totally lost as to what happened and why he's totally free around the forums.

 

Wasn't even his fault. He paid everyone back and was told multiple times to go away. Finally he was allowed back but only with a TWC. Wheres everyone elses TWC? I guess ex mods don't apply to the rules
