Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 650ti 1GB RAM
    Core Processor: Intel i5 3570k 3.40 ghz

    Case:

    8 GB of RAM
    ASRock Motherboard

Sold State Drive with 120 GB of space
    and a power supply of 750 W

For some reason my old hard drive got completely cooked, the second I turned on the PC I smelled burn plastic. The whole top right section of the hard drive was black.

The graphics card runs games really nicely, getting like 125 FPS in Minecraft on high settings. The card is 26-28 Celsius on idle which is extremely low, I guess that's good.

Only thing that's fucked is the graphics card coil whine. I turned on crysis and it sounded like robots fucking each other in the computer. It was first a buzzing sound which turned into a squealing sound, mixed with robotic noises.

It's not the fan making the noise because the noise gets louder when I start playing more high graphical games. I guess there's no way to fix it

The coil whine could be related to your motherboard or power supply I've heard. Here's some solutions you can try that others have done to fix this:
    1. Underclocking the card, especially if the card is factory overclocked
    2. Limiting framerates, or enabling vsync

Are you able to RMA the graphics card?

the reason its doing this is because the card is getting too much fps. on crysis, in the menus, right? if you use v-sync this usually fixes the problem entirely. turn on v sync, in all your games. if you get too many frames, the card whines..my 7970 does it too :)...completely normal bud

Coil whine isn't a good thing, get your graphics card replaced as soon as you can. the 650Ti is a new graphics card, so you should still have warranty.

That would actually work in favour of a fan problem. The fan goes faster with the more heat the card generates, and more heat is naturally generated from the extra work the card has to do in high-end games.

I'm not saying this is your problem, but make sure that your card is totally unobstructed and nothing is touching it.
