Pardon Request; ZThomas

Hello, I'm ZThomas and was recently banned yesterday for ban evading on the account "Dice Better".

The "Scam" July 2011,
I was new to the whole gold purchasing process and didn't want personal information on the internet. I had a prepaid visa gift card valued at $100 that I wanted to use instead of my primary debit card. I contacted a well known gold seller named "Letsrenovate" and explained my situation. He was willing to find a way for me to pay for the gold and created a Google checkout button on a free website layout he created for this order. I entered in the gift cards information on the google checkout button and sent it. It accepted my purchase and removed the $100 from the prepaid card. Letsrenovate then gave me the gold.
As we then proceeded to vouch for each other he rechecked the payment and seen that google checkout didn't accept my payment and he didn't receive the money I sent. Since I was using a prepaid gift card whenever it late declined my payment, it was not able to refund the money to my card. I was now out $100 and he was out 170M (I believe that was the amount of gold.). I refused to pay him an extra $100 or give the gold back since I no longer had the $100 and then was banned for it.

Honestly, I feel I've done nothing wrong here but can see the view as a seller now why I would report a scam report as well. However, as a buyer, there's no way I would repay again for something I've already gave the money for and have no way of receiving it back.
I'd love to return to Sythe. In the past month I've donated $50 to the site and completed over $1,700 in sales with 23 positive vouches mainly all through RSGP or WU. As a seller, I'd take responsibility of choosing a faulty payment method for my buyer if I was in Letsrenovate's position, but I know this isn't my place to suggest what is right or wrong here.
I'm not sure what is needed to be done here, and would like to here your suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

It looks like the payment would have been sent back to you after 7 days, assuming you didn't respond to the email google sent you. Your prepaid card SHOULD still have $100 on it, if it doesn't, then I'm not sure what to make of that. I'll shoot letsrenovate a pm asking if he at any point later received payment but it doesn't look like he would have.

If he never got paid from google checkout, you would have to pay back his $100
