As you can see it does look legit, it gives a general reasoning as to why the 'FBI' has issued this restriction, which I would assume 90% of PC users are guilty of; and the authenticity of the FBI logo ensures people will pay it.

The 'Winlocker2.01.exe' is an installation master file, which sets you up to distribute the virus, although you have to spread it yourself, the wizard will ensure that you can get the codes returned to your email (obviously not your personal one) in 24hr intervals.

So that is Winlocker, in a nutshell; I have been using it for 3 months and although selling and loading the codes is time consuming, it is extremely rewarding.

I had a realisation earlier, why am I not selling the master file? So here we go, if you would like it, I am selling it for $1200; which is fair, 3 months ago it cost me $2500 but I don't think it costs quite that much anymore.

I am happy to answer any questions to genuine interested buyers, (via PM, ICQ - 619364696 or indeed in this thread) although there is not much to know about it, the wizard will help you alot.
