Briefly explain the trade: I gave him the money(12M), he gave me a fake code, when I told him it was invalid, he accused me of trying to get a 2nd code out of him and deleted me from Skype.

You need to provide proof that it was him you were talking to, because nowhere in those screenies do I see his Skype name.

This screenie isn't proof enough? He mentions his Sythe username, Implying that it's him, also I received a PM from him on Sythe before he added me on Sythe.

Show a screen shot of the PM saying his skype.
Then a screen shot of the skype username (the actual username, not the nickname)

I could add you on msn and say I'm RsProd, that doesn't mean I am him.

 

He never said his Skype name in the PM. He just said he added me on Skype and he had some pins to sell. Once I accepted his Skype Request he asked if I received his PM on Sythe. He never typed his Skype username.

If it helps, he PM'd me on Sythe @ 2:41 PM, 11-04-12

He sent me the PM on Skype @ 2:42 PM, 11-04-12 asking if I got the PM on Sythe.

Not his nickname, his username.
