If I could pardon someone and legitimately believed that I should pardon someone:

Jansen, he was as far as I was concerned a great guy and well I never really agreed with him being banned anyways.

Shush last time I remember he was banned, which was 5 years ago, I don't actively go looking through profiles.

If x0x0_lt isn't banned either then I personally have nobody I would pardon.

Since x0x0 lt is still banned I would pardon him for the same reason as Jansen because he never really deserved to be banned in the first place.

This. His pardon would've been accepted had he not lied about one of his accounts due to him freaking out about it.

He's the only banned member I would trust just about anything with.

Stui in about 6 months - Long enough, his evasions seemed to be done in rage rather than malice
Alma - Never broke any rules with his last infraction. He'll get the point in a few weeks
