If you could pardon someone, who would it be, and why?

Why? Because he's holding me hostage.

But seriously there's a few people, except I haven't really dug up much on them, I know and have spoken to a few though, but it still depends on what they did. Top of the list for me would probably be 1227.

Why? I got to know him pretty well, I'm not really sure what he did, but I know he was pretty big on Sythe back then, and he's really someone I would, and have trusted. Not to mention I know he has a lot of experience with forums, and he could be an asset with the VB4 if it needs an extra hand.

P.S Please read my PM, it's rather important.

Edit: Forgot about Alma (Read Ryan's post), him too. He was funny, and now that he's perm banned, I think he learned his lesson. I really look forward to his pardon in 6 months, if he would make one.

 

Tough choice between Alma and Semper, for Alma because I actually thought he was funny and he didn't do anything hurtful to anyone. For Semper, I just feel that people make stupid mistakes, and he was really a good guy.

EDIT: Not sure why I can only think of recent bans at the moment, but I'll change my post if I think of something.

smper, not only did we establish a solid friendship from this site, he was my middle man of choice. He handled over $1,000 for me. Likke ryan said he made a stupid mistake. He really was going through some issues, i know that's no excuse but he is a good guy and i know if he got another shot he would be a model sythe users once again.

 

I would say Stui if he hadn't tried to do that dumbass framing thing. Other than that maybe some old blackhat activity bans if I felt they were no longer a threat. (Given extensive research on the individual.)

 

no way to semper fidelis. if there's one thing i hate seeing is pardoning scammers, once a scammer always a scammer.

I'd still trust him now with more money than 99% of users on sythe. He a genuine guy. His whole ban reason is not a scam IMO. Yeah he is in the wrong and made a mistake in a moment of weakness. However if he was really wanting to scam he wouldn't have gone for an account on a game he doesn't play for fun.
Looking at the size of the trades he has mm'ed shows how trusted he is/was to me. If he wanted to scam he could have taken a lot.

I'd get rid of pardons and only have the one where you've been unfairly banned.

 

Would you like to ban a good portion of the staff too?

 

I don't see how they would make my choice any different. Everybody on Sythe is equal and so a coloured name doesn't make them any more important.

 

Don't dance around it, would you have members of the staff who have been pardoned banned instead?
