    This is nowhere near finalized and we are looking over it. It may end up not being a rank, but just a little check mark or something beside your name to say you have a unique mobile number and paypal account -- unique with respect to any other user on sythe.org.

    Of course we have to look at preventing $5 sim nonsense too. Its a good idea but needs careful implementation.

    simply charge a £1 fee or something to prevent people just using throw away phones well, they can still do it but itll cost them £5 or £10 for a top up lol
