Donation, Graves ban.

It's been around 2 weeks since I've donated for 5$ rank, I donated to Grave but Now I've noticed hes been temp banned. Because of this will I ever receive donate stats or will I need to donate again to get it?

Here's what I posted on his thread:

I updated it to this after a week of not getting the status

RSU Volt is 'Ix Syed xI' on sythe, you could PM him and ask him. I will ask him when he's online tomorrow.

it may very well be that grave didnt process it in time, if this is correct then you'll be refunded.

Did you receive a PM from Grave that looks something like this:

If so, it's just Matthew taking a long time to process it, your donation is marked as complete on our spreadsheet, so it's a bit different than the person I refunded two days ago as his was not. Since Grave can't check his donation panel, that makes this difficult, post back here if you didn't receive that PM.

 

No I never did receive a pm from grave, saying that. He's never even pmed at all.

 

Then he never actually added the donation. You will be refunded, no worries.

You'll have to take it up with Grave I'm afraid as he's already banned. Donating RSGP through 3rd parties implies you're trusting them. You're welcome to request a refund from Grave or wait until when/if he is unbanned to see if he can apply the rank then. PM me if you have further questions.
