    I have a problem.

How do you expect it to get fixed if you don't go to the doctor? You don't know the cause of your hand shaking and it's going on for more than 2 years? You should get a doctors opinion on it.

I'm almost sure it's insomnia + anxiety. My girlfriend actually suffers from both. It's tough to handle, you need to go to the doctor to get medication for both. I'd suggest getting it checked out because yours is horribly severe. I don't mean to induce panic Morton, but seriously get to a doctor ASAP. If what you say is true, you've got horrible insomnia and potentially worse anxiety.

Hi, my suggestion is that you visit a sleep doctor and get some help to troubleshot the problem. Personally, I suspect that you might be suffering from Insomnia. It's a type of sleeping disorder. The seriousness of this disorder is different for different people. Some cannot sleep at all. Some simply sleep at a later hour and some can sleep normaly but once in awhile, they don't sleep for days. So I strongly reccomend that you is it a sleep doctor and get some help because lack of sleep is extremely dangerous and in the worse cases, it can even cause death due to exhaustion. Here's some information about Insomnia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insomnia
Good luck mate :) Wish you all the best and hope you will be able to sleep well soon :) thanks for sharing! :)

Thanks for the wonderfull reply, I talked to my doctor and told him everything and he told me to do somthing relaxing once in a while before I go to bed like taking a long shower and finishing off by smoking a joint, then going back to sleep. I am now recovering from a longer period of anxeity and Insomnia, thanks everyone problem solved! :)
