can you convert a lucky item into coins on the sof?

i won a lucky arcane but i am not a member but if i make it a member will i be able to convert it into coins? can some1 please pm me if i can.

I'm pretty sure you can convert anything to cash. It works with other non-trade able items from the SOF. Even if it didn't a arcane is well worth the membership.

Oh... they were saying that a lucky divine could be converted to 300m cash.

I do hope your lucky arcane could be converted to the equivalent amount in the G.E.

 

Making free trial accounts probably worth doing if you've got nothing better to do since you get 4 spins a day and can convert to cash lol.

 

Read the last pages of the thread. A spectral got like 11m, so it's not equivalent to the GE. Maybe it's a % of the GE price?

 

That looks like it might be half the value, since a spectral is like 22m in the G.E Currently.

 

Yeah but half the value seems too easy, I think they would have realized it by now. It may be scaled exponentially based on price, something like 0.9^bx where x is the value in millions of GP, and n is their constant. That way, cheaper items are closer to GE and more expensive items get less and less.

Who knows? lol

 

I remember it being said somewhere that they are less then their GE value on any item because that is the penalty for not going to the GE and selling it yourself.

 

That's interesting, I would keep the lucky item though.

 

Surely it couldn't be a percentage price of the GE value since they are always fluctuating? I'd imagine the price would be worked out based upon the high alch value of the real item possibly?

As stated above, I'm extreamly curious to how much the cash option would give.

 

My good friend got lucky dclaws, it converted to 4.5m. Not sure if a similar ratio is held for others but this was dclaws conversion TODAY.

 

I agree with this, if you convert everything to cash I assume you will get about 600k coins during the 14 trial period for every account, and each account/email takes about <10mins to create/spin daily.
