superman has been great handling reports and seems like a great overall mod

frenzy infracted me for something i dont feel was spam at ALL though it got reversed. But.. he has probably given me the absolute fastest response on a report that has ever happened, got to give him props on the speed and efficiency that he handles his reports with. No hard feelings about the infraction/reversal either keep up good work

zerkerfist is just a really nice guy, anytime ive talked with him (very seldom) or seen him in any thread he has always been really nice and seemingly approachable mod. How a mod should be

dont know most of the others or see them too incredibly often but suf and video seem really helpful and n4no is seemingly always taking care of business in disputes. GJ guys.

You're doing a great job with your section. Whenever I submit a report in the RuneScape section, it always seems to be your name on the other side doing your best to keep the section clean and tidy. I also see your name appearing in the Report a Scammer section, working through some Scam and Ban Evader Reports - Some really good stuff to see when that isn't even for proper duty! If anything, I'd love to see you posting around a little more. Maybe seeing if you can contribute a little bit post-wise in the RuneScape section. Other than that minor flaw like I said you're doing great. Be proud.

Geeezz man, you're super smart! It only takes browsing through a few of your Something For All posts to really see you're an intelligent guy who really knows what he's talking about, always great to see someone like you on the staff. Regarding Spam Reports, you're a machine. It's almost always you working through my Off-Topic reports and I also so you doing some market reports too. We may have separate time zones (Or you're sneaky and use invisible mode ) but all it takes is a browse through your recent posts to know you're active and online quite a lot, which is always great to see. You seem to clean them out everyday so props to you for your activity and work ethic.

It's a little hard to give you proper feedback considering your current situation so please don't feel like I just didn't wanna write about you or anything I know that you've had a tough couple of months juggling all of your commitments like employment, moving, etc, so I won't really assess your activity or anything haha. Honestly, I just hope you can come back soon. You seem like an intelligent guy who has a lot to contribute. You originally got promoted last year while I was away so I don't really know much about you and what you've done for the site before, sorry I definitely have noticed that you've done a lot of work in the Graphics forum though, running competitions and keeping the forum flowing which is really great to see, considering at times in the past that section has been left alone and sometimes without a moderator. Props for your work there. You don't appear to do much with Spam Reports, it'd be nice to see you pick up there.

Pockets -
Ah Pockets You're such a chill guy to talk to. You seem to have some great ideas in your head and I've always been intrigued every time we have a discussion on MSN. You definitely deserved your promotion (I told you so didn't I ) I see you doing the odd few Spam Reports, but I would really like to see you pick up your activity in the RaSp and maybe even the RaSc, you definitely have the market knowledge to be able to do so. It'd also be pretty neat if you could post around a bit more. You seem to a good amount of work, but I do think there could be room for improvement. (I know you are quite a busy guy though.)

Shoop -
You do some really good work in the Guides and Support Centre - I'd probably say you're the most suitable person for the job on this website. You always seem to be keen to give a helping hand. Keeping the Sythe Support and Help & Requests sections definitely seem like they need to have constant maintaining and they're always in quite an orderly fashion. You close threads when they look like they're just being spammed on, lock guides that aren't allowed and pretty much answer your reports on the same day you get them, (At least in the case with my reports. ) Honestly, you're doing perfectly. It's good to see you have Off-Topic permissions and do a bit of work there two because you're definitely active enough to handle more than the Support Centre. Honestly keep on keeping on, I don't think there's anything really to improve on.

Superman -
Every night (Australian time ) I see you on, and it's great to see. You're not only online for a few minutes or so you seem to be online for at least a couple of hours before I go to bed and during that time I see you basically all over the forum. Any reports that I've made are generally handled by you. You work in the market in a professional and dignified manner and you just do so much cleaning there. Not only that, it's super to see you working really hard in the Dispute forum each day as well as the Report a Scammer, especially seeing these two sections are more Global-Orientated duties. Yesterday alone, you handled 100+ Spam/Scam reports or disputes. If anything it'd be nice to see you posting around a little bit more, but you're doing some awesome work. I personally think you've been a moderator for a long enough time and done enough work to prove you deserve to be a Global. Good luck for the future man and keep doing what you do.

You're such a swell guy. When I started getting active on here, you realised that I was online and decided to just randomly send me a message to say hello, and that's one of the reasons I decided to come back again permanently because I realised how much I miss the community here and great members like yourself. When I met you at the start of the year I thought you were such a nice, great guy and i'm really happy that you got promoted to Off-Topic Moderator, you really do deserve it. As for your current activity I see you online almost everyday. You seem to do quite a few reports (The ones Malakadang and Trippen haven't stolen before you ) and I've also recognised that you do some work in the Report a Scammer Section, which is great to see a sectional getting involved in. I really like how you still post around the forums and don't just stick to plain moderating. Keep working hard man.

They be trippin -
I didn't really have any clue about who you were or what you were like a few weeks ago but now I can say you're a pretty neat guy from what I've seen. You seem to a fair, caring and consistent moderator. As far as activity goes you're doing a really good job, I see you online everyday and you have posts all throughout the forum. Everyday any community Spam Reports I submit are handled by you and I also see you doing a good amount of reports from the Off-Topic section too. I've also recognised your work in the Report a Scammer which like I've said for a good majority of the sectionals is always excellent to see when it isn't necessarily your job to do so. You also do the odd dispute and seem to review and give input on quite a few pardons which is also nice to see. Something I really like about you is you're not just moderating, you're still posting around and you seem to be having a good time. It's really nice to see.

Tmoe -
Ahh Tmoe. You've been around for years :S. I can remember back in 2010 when I was most active on this website, you were a helpful and active member. When you went to run Spyike with Spyike, you did show some great leadership skills and intelligence, so I'm not surprised at all to see that upon your return to Sythe you worked your way to becoming a market moderator As far as activity goes, I think you're doing a good job, although you're definitely not the most active moderator. You seem to do the odd few spam and scam reports and contribute a reasonable amount around the forum. It would still be nice to see a bit of a rise, but like I said before, you're doing just fine. Again, congratulations on your promotion.

I think your promotion was one of the most deserved promotions to market moderator I've ever seen. I can remember all the way back to 2010, when you were a User Educator and were always helping others, it was great to see. While browsing last year I saw you rise through to become a market powerhouse and your experience and skills are definitely an asset to the staff team. Along with Superman, you're probably one of the most active moderators on the site at the moment and really deserve to be noticed for your efforts. You seem to do a load of Spam Reports as well as Scam reports which is great to see. Thanks for helping clear out the Report a Scammer forum a couple of days ago too, it's always great to see that thing up to date. It's nice to see you still post around a bit and still enjoy using the market like you always have. Keep on working hard and I think you'll get a nice little promotion in no time. You've been an absolute machine since you were promoted earlier this year. I can remember before your promotion you were easily one of the most helpful members on Sythe and you had some excellent experience and knowledge relating to the RuneScape section. Your posts were always in-depth which is great to see. It's really nice to see that since your promotion, nothings changed. You're always doing Spam Reports as well as the odd few scam reports which i really love seeing. The best thing is that even though you've been promoted you still create some really in-depth and helpful posts, particularly in the RuneScape section. I know a moderators key job is to keep the forums clean but I really like seeing you give such a helping hand. Good work man, you're pretty much the perfect moderator. Keep working hard.

Sectional Overview
I just wanted to add this in. Overall, in my three years being here on Sythe this is the best, most hardworking sectional team I have ever seen. It's also worth noting that it's one of the smallest teams I've ever spotted too. Props to all the sectionals for the considerable amount of work they put into this site and there specific sections day in and day out. I'd also like to recognise those moderators who are always working in the Report a Scammer section as well as the dispute forum. These are generally Global duties but considering the low amount of Globals at the moment it's really nice to see that you're all stepping up to the plate to give them a helping hand. Well done to the Globals and Admins on picking a great team.​

You really are quite a veteran of this site huh It's really great to see that after all these years of being on the site you still want to be a Global moderator and help out around the forums. Your experience really does help out the website a lot. Over the last couple of weeks I've seen that you're really active and you seem to be online everyday, which is good to see. First, I'd like to recognise your efforts in the Report a Spammer, which is really good to see a Global getting in there and getting there hands dirty. What I really wanna point out is the way you're looking after some of the less used sections of the site that don't have there own sectionals. I've spotted you working on Stickies in the Simba/Scar section and it's really nice to see you working hard in there, an area which is your area of expertise. I've seen you doing some work in the Dispute forum which is also really nice to see. I know that you're a Global moderator so a large chunk of your work is behind the scenes, so assuming you're doing so, good work handling the permanent bans and setting avatars and all of those Global duties. Keep it up man, you're doing great.

Clashfan - You've had a huge history on Sythe. If I'm thinking right, you've been here since pretty much the beginning and you worked hard as an administrator and you've pretty much done everything, so it is really good to see you're still around on the website after all these years as a global moderator. As far as I can see, activity wise you're a bit behind. You've done the odd few Spam reports and disputes but in regards to those aspects it seems like you don't do as much as the rest of the staff members do. I know Global duties are usually behind the scenes works like perm bans and setting avatars as well as voting and whatnot, but it would be really nice to see you coming out and doing more stuff around the forums.

You've been doing such a good job for such a long time now. Back when i came back in around January this year you were super active, helped everywhere and were always such a cool guy about everything. It's not really much different now so I assume you've been the same for the past 9 months which is really awesome to see. Generally, most of the work I've seen come from your end has been either Spam Reports or disputes, and you seem to do a heck of a lot of them. You also post around the forums regularly which is also nice to see you getting involved in the community. I think I've spotted you online everyday in the past couple of weeks which of course is great to see. This isn't even factoring in your unseeable global duties, good work man. I think i spotted a post by you before saying most of your work is done on weekends because you're getting busy - I've hardly noticed a change at all. Keep working hard man.

Ahh Karl, I can remember you all the way back to when you were a leecher. You've come so far in such a short amount of time. Ever since you were promoted to Off-Topic moderator all that time ago, you've been an exceptionally helpful, kind and dedicated member of the staff. You thoroughly deserved your promotion to Global too. I think you're one of the most genuine members on the staff, and you've always shown real maturity through your posts. You really do seem to love Sythe. You're pretty active and I see you online most days. I've recognised you do some work in the Report a Scammer and Spammer section, but you really seem to put a lot of effort into the dispute forum. It's great seeing you help keep it clean. I don't really think that there's much more to say because you are pretty much the perfect global. I'm sure you're doing all your work behind the scenes and I reckon you'd participate in almost every staff lounge discussion. It's good to see you posting around the forums as well giving your opinion on different topics.

n4n0 -
Probably one of the most dedicated members I've ever witnessed in my time here on Sythe. You really rose up through the ranks last year when i was away, and you haven't turned back. Even after your incident (Which I admire your bravery and honesty for stepping up and confessing your past mistakes, something I wish I was able to do originally) you never let it bring you down and you earnt your position as a Global moderator back, which really does show your character. You just breathe Sythe. You're definitely the most visible of the Global moderators. I see you handling loads of Scam reports (Good work clearing that out the other day!) as well as working around in the dispute forum. You also have posts throughout pretty much the whole forum, which proves your activity. Not only this, but when issues arise, you're always the one willing to put your hand up and do the hard work to solve them, whether it means staying up late at night or just generally investing hours of work. With the recent Arcus incident you were again at the helm of the project, making sure everything could be worked out and ensuring members of Sythe were safe. I remember something similar happening towards the start of the year, where we had to handle a load of MSN hackings.

It's scary to think that even after all this, there are still your unseeable Global duties like distributing permanent bans, setting avatars, voting new staff members and pretty much anything discussed in the Staff Lounge. You should really be proud of the work you do on the forums n4n0.

It feels like you've been around on this website for ageess! I'm really happy to see that even after all these years of activity you're still working hard as a Global moderator and doing all you can to make the website better. I see you online practically everyday, and while you don't do the most spam reports or scam reports, or view the most disputes, you always have some bright ideas on how you can make the website better. Really good work with the Market Redesign discussion thread, hopefully we're able to get a cleaner, more organised market out of that. It really is good to see you around the forums contributing to the community too.

Global Overview
Considering there are so few Globals, I think you guys should be really proud of all the work you do. It's hard to provide feedback for you guys because you all do a lot of behind the scenes work. So props to you guys for all efforts you put in behind closed doors.​

Mr. Banhammer himself Although you don't seem to go on the prowl searching for ban evaders and scammers as much these days, you still do a lot of work for the forums. I still see you posting around the forums quite a lot, which is of course always great to see you putting yourself into the community. I think your efforts in the dispute forum are most recognisable. You seem to be contributing to almost every thread and doing your best to keep the forum clean. I assume that one of the reasons we see a little less of you is because almost all Administrator responsibilities are behind the scenes, but everything appears to be running smoothly so thanks for everything that you do. Thanks for everything you've done over the years FireZ.

Again, I'm astounded as to how some members (Like yourself) are able to stay on these forums for such a long time, (Over 7 years for yourself) and still contribute as much as you do. I'll be honest, I have seen better activity from you in the past, but the forums seem to be running really smoothly and your staff team are doing a great job keeping everything clean and running smoothly. It only takes a quick flick through your recent posts to see that you really care about this website and you're a mature and intelligent leader, so keep up the good work Govind.

I don't see you around the forums too much, but I know that you do a lot of work behind the scenes, so thanks for all that you do there. You also seem to be a great head Middleman. All the current Official Middlemen are active and I haven't seen any real drama from one in quite some time. You still seem to post around the forums a bit, and I know that you do a lot of behind the scenes work like sorting out the staff, I.P bans, etc. Thanks.

I really really really really appreciate you creating this website and putting in so much work to maintain it. I feel really sorry that sometimes you aren't recognised or appreciated for your work. Thanks for not getting upset with all the DDoSers you've had to put up with, staff members betraying or upsetting you and constant server dramas. Ignore the people that say you do nothing for this website because I know you do a lot of work. Thanks for all your time and money invested.

I dunno why, but I've always had this feeling that you don't really like me much. Anyway, I know you really love this website and i wanna thank you for all the work you've put in over the years. First, I know a lot of your work is behind the scenes, like solving issues, picking new staff members, I.P bans, etc so thanks for all of that. I see you posting around in the dispute forum (Generally High Pardons) and contributing and helping out there which is great to see. It's really great to see that you like to get involved in the community too. I see you chatting with members in the Spam Forum and i hear you're quite a frequent IRC user, so good work keeping that connection between the staff and the regular users. Honestly a slight pick up in activity would be nice, but you're doing great Verts

Administrator Overview​

You guys are doing a great job. Everything seems to be running smoothly, which is pretty much your job. I want to mention that you guys have picked some excellent staff. For having such a short amount of staff, at least compared to previous teams, I've never seen so much work be done and such a passion for the site from your team. You guys can really be proud of your moderators. I really hope the site keeps running this smoothly. Props to you all.

Superman - You are awesome, and helped me out immensely with my banning request. Thank you

 

I try to do what I can but I'm finding it a little difficult to manage my time during the week. I work 9:30-5:30 Mon-Fri so it's tough for me to fit in Sythe around my work hours. I do try to get on whilst I'm at work, but this isn't always convenient as there's usually important tasks for me to be doing. I don't get home until after 7pm most nights, and if I'm seeing my boyfriend I don't get home till after 10pm. I don't want people to think that I'm not dedicated to Sythe, however. I've been an administrator for almost 2 years now and I've never felt more confident in my ability to keep the site as it should be.

Thanks for your honest and constructive feedback and thanks for being so detailed and giving up your time to write a decent amount about each staff member. It's posts like this that help the administration team decide what actions we need to take in order to keep staff happy and active.

 

I completely understand, you've gotta put your employment and relationships, in fact your whole real world life before Sythe. Considering you're so busy you're doing a great job. Like i mentioned in my post, the sites in the best condition I've ever seen.

Thanks Brendan, up until about last weekend, I was still using my Iphone to post and do everything on. I recently started using the gfs old computer (got it fixed) so I'm gonna try be on more.

 

I'm going to bed but before I did I had to come say Superman is owning Spam reports. Most of them were less than 20 minute response time and some were less than 10 minutes. Amazing Job 11/10.

I've heard you say that twice now. What exactly do you mean by more active? I've had the highest modscore out of anyone without market perms and am on for hours each day. Not sure what I can do more.

In cases like > these <, where some of the staff agreed to support the pardon on the condition that the user pay back what was scammed, does the person automatically receive the support of those staff upon paying back the person they scammed, or do the staff have to go back and restate their support in order for it to count?

 

I know I posted about Superman like 2 days ago, but he deserves another post. Handeled my reports in like 5 mins each and replies to PMs instantly. Honestly the best moderator atm.

Also Zerkerfist and Video are amazing, sorry but apart from that I haven't delt with many moderators (I guess that is a good thing right? haha)
